Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, underneath your arms. Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably snug.

Great jacket, I ordered a 5xl and received a 3xl but I'm glad I did the 3xl fits perfectly with enough material in the shoulders to move freely, there's some conflicting information between amazon and the HWK site for sizing so that was a little rough to figure out but I'm glad it worked out in the end. The armor for the back is a little difficult to take out but other than that it's great. Personally I prefer no armor because of its feel and honestly safety tested minimal impact on survival or general injuries. This isn't speaking on HWK armor but just the concept in general. The jacket materials are very good and breathable for florida weather were I live. Looking to get the HWK pants next to give me some more skid protection while riding. The gear is being used on a KTM RC390 which has a very aggressive seating position much like the yamahas R bikes so it keep comfy and non restrictive which is a huge plus. Lots of air vents as well to keep the air circulating when at speed.
So far love it, thing to note i ordered a 5xl and received a 3xl but the 3XL fits very comfortably, ive noticed sizing info for this brand is a little inconsistent, but so far so good.

Great jacket. Zipper was sensitive to ripping when trying to sit it up.. Love the design and it’s great for summer and winter.. Nice jacket with nice size pockets .. I’ll give it a 7.5 out of 10.. Velcro neck wrap could be better but I’m sure it’s not broken in at the moment being new .

Well made from quality fabrics with real zippers made for the road. There are a lot of pockets and a nice lining.

I bought this jacket for Spring and Fall riding. In VA. morning fall wind chill on the bike can be very cold. We got the first of that fall weather yesterday. I wore the jacket with a sleeveless shirt. I was hitting 60 and 70 mph but I was warm the whole ride.

I received the wrong size. No big deal the 3 looked close to a 5 so I emailed them and they were right on it right away and sent me a 5xl. Great customer service
Well made and good padding in elbows , shoulders and back.
Tested mine out today I never wanted to test the armor out on the jacket but I did today. I laid my bike over and hit the ground hard and slid a ways and only have one little spot on my elbow. Definitely worth the price!
Pleasantry suprised Zipper broke on my leathers so I ordered this as quick replacement till I can get it fixed. Glad I didLayered up same as if wearing leather and rode in 40° at 60-70mph and it blocked wind great , has 4 zippered vents (no cold spots!!)for warmer days . 3 inside pickets on is perfect for shades, chest pocket fits 38snubby perfect, 3rd pocket big enough for larger phone. Adjustable waist,wrist,forearm and bicep. Black one has plenty of reflective stripes and logo.Ordered 5XL so I can wear layers and its adequate but not as big as I expected. Might be a problem for tall guys
Unbelievable! Alright, I was skeptical because of the price, but I was wrong. Top notch product: Comfortable, well made, and, on a 40-degree day, it kept me warm as if I was on my living room couch. I only had a fleece and a t-shirt under the jacket, and the wind was unable to get to me, while my hands and feet got really cold. I also have a pair of pants from HWK, and they are just as awesome. Recommend.

Totally blown away by what I got for such a low price IMO. This jacket fits me so well and so comfortable. I like the liner, pockets and padding. I like how I don't sweat like I'm wrapped in plastic inside but yet outside it keeps me cozy. On top of all that my wife said I look like a Japanese super hero! Amazing Great quality and features bought for my 12tear old nephew he is a 33in chest and the small is a 38 so it is a bit big on him but I was looking for a jacket a little big so he can grow into it ..it came with good quality back, shoulder and elbow pads built in that are better quality than my name brand jacket it has a nice removable winter liner that can easily be removed the only issue is 1 button on the arm is a little out of round and only buttons to one button but for $65 shipped I can over look that one little flaw I would highly recommend this jacket for a first riding jacket
Awesome Coat, Fits a Little Big. This coat is great for riding. I would recommend getting the matching pants sold by HWK too. This set has kept me warm and the way to 28 degrees F while riding with the right boots and gloves. Mine fits me a little bigger than I though it would, but it works well.
This is my second one. The price was right and it fits great! The only thing that I don't like is the stupid looking logo on the back of the jacket.
Tightens up where needed I got XL and I'm a 44 chest and belly The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of reading of reviews for a month on almost every kind of jacket for motorcycles and there's two different schools of thought and the one I saw a few times is the armor padding needs to be tight to be effective. now I measure this to exactly 44 that was my chest and belly and it's a little loose but I like it that way so it runs a little large. I had to put the buttons and the velcro down on the arms and it looks like it's snug but it's not it's loose so if you want your armor to be snug against your body I would buy a size smaller. Amd the arm is just a little long. But there is velcro to take care of that and it's got adjustments and openings if you wore it in Arizona you would probably pass out (update: the vents work amazing like A/C so its a all weather jacket) it's cold weather with the liner in but if you were in North Dakota or in the tundra you would want the liner it's a thick jacket I know it would take a lot of force to rip this thing definitely worth the money
