What is Covered This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product.

What is Not Covered This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to use. This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.

How Long Does this Coverage Last This warranty lasts for five (5) years from the date of original purchase of this product.

Who is Covered This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.

How to Obtain Services To obtain the benefit of this warranty, email your order ID, full address, and reason for return with photographs to cs@hwksports.com. What We Will Do To resolve your warranty claim, Profound Hawk LLC will either:

  • Provide a 30% discount towards the purchase of a new item, or
  • Replace the item at no cost. 

What We Will Not Do Under this Limited Warranty Profound Hawk LLC will not assume the risk of loss during shipment. We do not insure the product during its shipment to you.
